Skills and Drills - Attention & Fading Food
9:00 AM-11:00 AM
Working Spots FULL
For teams whose performance is held back by sniffing, slow response times, distractions, or the perpetual need for a cookie in hand. Great for newer teams/young dogs - get into good habits early! Learn ways to make yourself fun and rewarding so that your dog works with YOU instead of just working for a reward. We'll primarily cover fun and varied reinforcement strategies and using distractions to our advantage to build attention. Rally shouldn't be a battle. You and your dog will be having fun together by the time we're finished! Please note that this is not a workshop for Rally coursework and is designed for one dog per handler.

RACH Invitational Challenges
11:15 AM-1:15 PM
Working Spots FULL
A hybrid course utilizing primarily signs from Master, Excellent and Advanced will be set up. Distractions will be present along all 4 sides of the ring, similar to the finals ring at the RACH Invitational in Orlando. Each team will be given time to utilize the ring to run the course, play, or work through distractions; how you use that time is completely up to you. Remaining class time will feature more coursework and group work on key components of successful tournament performance. You do not need to be attending the Invitational to participate in this workshop—it's also great for RNC, breed specialties, or cluster show preparation. One dog per handler.

Everything Advanced
1:30 PM-3:30 PM
We'll run an Advanced course (with an alternate sign at the jump for Intermediate teams), critiquing each other and reviewing problem areas. Time permitting, we'll have group work time to troubleshoot areas of difficulty. We'll then finish with another course. Great for Intermediate/Advanced teams looking for coursework practice, Novice teams moving up, or experienced handlers returning to Rally with a new dog. One dog per handler.
