JWW courses are set for the third week of every month and there will be NO contact equipment available. ​

Facility Rental Instructions
1. Review the Facility Rules and Pricing Information 
2. Consult the calendar (below) and determine the best time for your visit 
3. Submit a Reservation Request form (note: you are unlikely to be contacted unless there is a problem)
​4. If your reservation does not appear on the calendar within 24 hours, please contact Barn Rental
5. Complete and print a Rental Release form prior to your visit 
Attention renters!  Priority for barn time is for lessons and club events.  Our program is growing and our lesson schedule is subject to change from one session to the next.  
  • Rental requests for a time/date beyond the classes currently posted may not be added to the calendar.  
  • Current class session date information can be found on our website (Agility/Class Registration and Schedules). 
  • Be aware that inclement weather cancellations may extend sessions beyond scheduled class dates listed. 
  • We will not hold requests pending new sessions – if your request is for a time likely to be used for classes in the future, it will be deleted.  
  • Check the calendar often! ​
